My style is calm, precise, and direct. I work without judgment, with structure, and with attention to the core: attachment, autonomy, desire, and the ways you miss or connect with each other. I stay involved when things get tense and help you step by step make space for honesty, connection, and intimacy. So your relationship can feel natural, clear, and close again.
My background
I worked for years in complex organizations as a senior project manager. There I learned to recognize patterns, communicate clearly, and handle situations with a lot of unspoken tension.
Later I specialized in Professional Communication, Systemic Work, and The Relationship as a Mirror (Phoenix Training, Utrecht). Additionally, I deepened my knowledge in body-oriented work, attachment, experiential work, and the dynamics of intimacy and sexuality within long-term relationships.
My approach is down-to-earth, experiential, and tailored to what is needed in the moment. I help couples clarify what they feel, want, and seek, without detours.
Personal
I have been with my wife Marianna for more than forty years. Our relationship has gone through different phases; intense, challenging, sometimes searching, sometimes very close. That has taught me that love is not a fixed system, but a process that requires attention.
In my work, I bring calm, humor, analytical ability, and a strong presence. I love honest contact and conversations that matter. And I am not afraid of themes like desire, distance, shame, sexuality, or searching for each other again.
